i would go as far as to say Neil Sullivan gave an heroic effort and succeeded in a real estate situation that looked lost and required nothing less than what Neil brought to the table. To say I recommend him highly is a testament to the feeling of respect and gratitude i feel for both his professionalism and human concern for others well being! You can place your full trust in Neil Sullivan’s expertise and care!

If I could give this lawyer Neil Sullivan 0 starts I would. But It only allows lowest 1 star. He is arrogant, lazy and a lier.
Were to begin… I was rushed to buy a home and found the first ad on kijiji for real estate lawyer.
That was my first mistake.
He told me right away, he charges a flat rate of $ 500… LIES! After all was said and done he charged me double.
He acted as if I was wasting his time when I tried to contact him to get the work done.
That was my second mistake. I should of ran from his arrogance.
While signing papers he showed me an extra charge that shouldn’t have been, but he said sorry, I will fix and send you a refund. I NEVER got it.
He made me drive all the way to his office/​house to collect the keys and finish signing papers only to get there and find out he had no keys.
Then I had to drive all the way back the second time to pick up keys, that weren’t even the right keys. At this point I just dealt with that problem myself.
There ended up being issues with the property and I contacted him about it right away. On his site he says he will help if anything comes up. Bull! He told me nope nothing I can do. Then when I found out there was stuff we could if done, he said well go to the courts yourself they will feel for you. Wtf that could have been avoided had I hired a competent lawyer.
I can go on and on. But I will leave with this.
