I’ve been here myself and I’ve escorted a relative to an appointment here. The facility itself is pretty nice — it’s in an older character building downtown which is convenient to get to though less convenient to get parking at. The staff has been very pleasant and friendly both times I’ve been here, though even with an appointment there was a wait of about a half hour to get in to see the doctor. I saw Dr Keddy-Grant, a dermatologist, and the resident she was working with. Both doctors were really pleasant and took their time getting info from me and understanding what the problem was. I didn’t feel rushed or condescended to, which I find is really common with doctors. Both had great bedside manner and discussed different options and why one would be recommend over another. She gave me a sample of a rather expensive medication to try before spending money filling a prescription, and had the consideration to ask if I had coverage for prescriptions before writing one for a very expensive medication. It took about 6 months to get an appointment with Dr Keddy-Grant — she’s pretty heavily booked, though I was able to get a follow up appointment in a month which is great.
