I know the Chileans love sushi, and that one restaurant in 4 is a sushi place, but I was quite disappointed in my first experience of Chilean sushi. To put it nicely, I’ve had better. Way better. The gyozas were ok, but the rolls and nigiri were really bland. I think most of it is the rice they use, which is quite tasteless. I had to use twice as much soy sauce as I normally do, and still my sushi/roll still felt very bland. It’s a cheap place, but I’d recommend you keep your money and eat something else.
