Nicely unassuming little bistro, with a Belgian and French beer on tap, and a decent array of homely cocktails. I had a Mojito, it was pretty tasty — but don’t expect swanky bar standards. At € 8 I’m happy!
We enjoyed just hanging out and chatting, and sharing the odd ‘Pains sur la Planche’: right nice cheesy toasts. ‘au confit de poireaux’ was a favourite: ham and leek smothered in cheese.
Service was great: friendly and happy, and she didn’t care that I can’t speak a word of French.
