BUYERBEWARE!!! I had booked guaranteed,(higher) cancelable rate with this establishment in Mid-July for an August 17,2015 arrival in Paris. On July 28th due to family emergency we cancelled in writing with confirmation back from the hotel that it was cancelled and no penalty. On August 19th, they charged my credit card $ 132.00! I forwarded the email documentation with their confirmation of cancellation to. O avail. When I called them, they belligerently and rudely insisted they were keeping my money. This is a sleazy place and when I checked around learned online I learn When I checked around online found that others had the same experience. You have to dig hard I like e because they blast tons of advertising. RUNDON’t walk from this hotel!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It was conveniently located right next to the Louvre and had a bunch of cafes, bakeries, and restaurants in the neighborhood. The front desk staff was amazing and so helpful which made my trip as a first timer in France traveling solo so much easier!!! Thanks for the great hospitality. I will definitely be back!

Thanks to I found this place. It’s a 3 star hotel, but it really should be at least 4. The hotel is clean, well lit, has free wifi, on a quiet street, and is very close to the Palais Royal — Musée du Louvre métro station(lines 1&7) right off Rue Saint-Honoré… not to mention it is literally down the street from the Louvre. Just so everyone knows, there isn’t a street sign anywhere for Rue Bons Enfants… so I recommend anyone who books this hotel to use Google Street View to check out the street and what the hotel looks like from the outside. That’s what I did before I left London, and I am SO glad I did that. There is a café with a red awning where Rue Bons Enfants begins, so use that as a landmark — I’m assuming everyone is coming from the métro. If you arrive with large suitcases, be aware that it’s a little tricky to maneuver them in the narrow hallways(and through at least two closed doors) to get to your room. The rooms are quite nice. Bathrooms are equipped with nice toiletries, a hair dryer, and shampoo/body wash dispenser in the shower, so two less things to pack! A coffee maker and a selection of teas are also provided in your room. The wifi password must be obtained downstairs from the concierge. Breakfast is provided, but not free, so be aware that unless you don’t know this, you will be charged 11 € when you check out. Check in is at 14h00(2 o’clock PM), and check out is at 12h00(noon). You can leave your stuff at the hotel if you arrive before check in; the concierge will secure your things in a storage closet for you while you wander about Paris until check in time. In addition to being a lovely hotel, it is also very reasonably priced!

It’s an okay hotel. The area around the Louvre has quite a few shops and cafes, but it’s generally kind of gross. Not my favorite arrondisement. Also, it was tough for us because we were on a long term Europe trip and, though we packed light, we still packed for 2 weeks. Unfortunately, the only rooms they had were on the 5th floor and the lift only goes to 4th. And from there it’s just a super narrow spiral staircase. Luckily, there was 5 of us so we just had an assembly line going. And they felt bad so they comped our breakfast(which is only okay, even the receptionist said so). While the rooms come with wine and are decently sized for Europe standards, the wi-fi reception sucks and there was only one outlet in our triple room. Service is great, though. And it’s a good price and a good location.

We stayed here in May 2013, cute little hotel. The rooms are very small but clean. Location is local, a quick three minute walk and you are at the Louvre. Once you walk outside you can see the Louvre. Several little café’s on the same block. They brought us a bottle of wine right after we checked in.

Hotel is super small, no music or any atmospheric ambiance when you walk in, quiet, bathroom small. toiletries ok, so far location is good, price is good, friendly staff, but too small, for Paris and the price a good fit. Just dont eat at corner restaurant, Café Saint Honore, the worst rude service.

Bön hotel, vraiment agréable, très bon accueil et c’est le moins cher du coin ! Facilité d’acces et épicerie à quelques pas :)

Formidable! I have stayed at this hotel twice. The rooms were small, but charming, and one couldn’t ask for a better location. I found the hotel staff to be very pleasant and they didn’t mock my attempts to speak French.
