Le Quasimodo Notre-Dame

Before I start I just want to say that I really hate writing negative reviews, but this was such a disappointment that I had to write this.
I regret not looking at the reviews when I entered this restaurant. My group was greeted nicely at the front and since it was so close to the Notre-​Dame, which we were visiting, we decided to give it a shot.
When we were seated down we were greeted by a waiter who didnt know english so well and it was a little hard to communicate. I pointed to the Paris Ham with Fries and I said I wanted that. The waiter got confused and wrote down the croissant (which was right below it) instead. I repeated what I did again he got it wrong. After two more tries I finally got him to write down the Paris Ham. Our group ordered and we waited.
After around 5 – 7 minutes the food arrived. I was shocked at how fast it had come. I thought it was pretty amazing how the food came so quickly. The ham was pretty standard and I probably could’ve bought and made this at home myself. The French fries were pretty bland so I put some salt on it. I tried the penne which my friend ordered and it was DISGUSTING. So bland and tasted like it was leftovers that were just microwaved.
We had to ask at least three waiters for the check, and when the waiter arrived he just mumbled and slapped the check on our table. Like seriously?
The best thing there was probably the water.

It is close by to the Notre Dame Cathedral and we didn’t feel like walking any further to get some food. It looks like a typical cute café that you see walking around Europe.
There was only one server, but he was really good and quick. It started to get crowded after we came in and it was amazing seeing him work with every table! He didn’t even write any orders down!
The food was okay. We were really hungry so that helped. I ordered roasted chicken with frites and it was good at first, but got dry after each bite. Thank goodness for the crepes they make outside the restaurant! Or else it would have been a disappointing first dinner in Paris! We ordered a Nutella and banana crêpe. It was very warm and creamy. I just wish whipped cream and powdered sugar came on top of every crêpe!
Overall:
A yes for the crepes and a maybe-if-I’m-starving for the food.

Fast food? ohh well, for American standards that’s almost le most gourmet del le restaurante del le petite del but not petite in Notre Dame aka I need to educate myself lol I was surprised to see this place under the category of Fast Food.
We had good service and I did not feel like I was dining at a tourist trap; I don’t think this place is one.
We enjoyed the food very much and the prices were pretty reasonable, although it is right next to the famous Notre Dame.
We sat next to the window and it was such a good view, plus great natural lighting.
I recommend it!

This was our savior when we have been out all day sightseeing. Coincidentally, it started raining as soon as we sat down. A cup of their popular French onion soup was perfect.
We also had pasta and their ice cream. All delicious.
The delicatessen plate was not all that.

Service was good, food was decent but noting to rave about… Coffee yuk… ! Good if your waiting the 2 hours to go up Notre Dame but would go out of the way.

Just 2 tourists exploring the city. We dropped in because the place looked quaint and we felt comfortable enough seeing other tourists having lunch. We needed to pass time between our visit to the historic Notre Dame and visiting Le Louvre. Definitely needed to re-​up on our energy!
We ordered a Salami Sandwich that came with a large plate of fries, the plate du jour — Spaghetti Bolognaise, which was filling and tasty for the price, and 2 small beers. We spent about 25 Euros and it kept us full even after walked to and from the Louvre and not hungry enough to have dinner.
They spoke English which was nice — expected due to the location. Nothing special about it, but we enjoyed it for the most part.

Seems like a tourist location because prices are higher and slightly Americanized. We had the onion soup which was a little too salty, crêpe was plain since it is just banana and Nutella (they don’t have other fruits), and ham & cheese sandwich, which looked like something we could make at home. Service was slow even though the waiter was friendly.

A great place to people watch while enjoying the views of the courtyard and Notre Dame. A great place to warm up for a cup of coffee and maybe a crêpe. Prices are very reasonable, and I would recommend as a quick place for lunch or bite to eat.

It doesn’t get any cheaper than 2.80 euros for a nutella crêpe cooked right in front of you! This is a couple of blocks down from the Notre Dame cathedral, and it’s cheaper than the crêpe spots right in front of that area: P

Came here with hubby after we went to Notre Dame café. This place was pretty busy and they served us very quickly which we found unusual because most of the cafes we went to didn’t have such a fast paced NY mode about them.
I had brie cheese, cucumbers, lettuce and tomato on a baguette and I loved it! It was very simple but very good, all the veggies, and the bread were super fresh.
If you’re visiting Notre Dame this is a pretty good place to come to for food and it’s named after Quasimodo.

A boa pedida é a crêpe de geléia! Os sanduíches também são bons e tem um preço razoável. O ambiente é bacana, tem um ar jovem e sociável.

Wet socks and starving, we stumbled on this place after a long hike from our hotel to Notre Dame. We were seated at a little booth and quickly ordered cheesy eggy bready things to restore our energy levels, which were flagging. The café was pretty busy throughout, and the waiter forgot our order momentarily, but the food came quickly once the order was submitted. I had the croque monsieur, which was surprisingly light and fluffy for being bread covered in cheese. Great for a simple quick bite.
The price for the three of us was very reasonable (about $ 25). Everyone spoke excellent English (though a nearby Spanish speaking tourist was having some trouble communicating). Bathrooms are available downstairs.

Great for a quick (for French that is) good cheese plate and good people watching staff was very nice and spoke great English

Crêpe with Nutella was yummy! Close walk to Notre Dame Cathedral. Perfect to escape the cold and sit down with a nice cup of coffee…
The crêpe had a dough-​y and soft texture and oozing with Nutella!!! I almost wanted to lick off the remaining Nutella from the plate. But I didn’t…
Simply delicious. No whipped cream just the way I like it!
My American coffee without milk tasty too. Any Coffee in Europe is pretty amaze balls

After visiting the Notre Dome, my husband and I stopped by this restaurant for a little break. We ordered coffee, cappuccino, ham omelette & a chocolate crêpe. We were all pretty satisfied with the food and drinks. Waiters were pretty friendly. :)

When I was in Paris visiting Notre Dame, I stopped by Le Quasimodo for breakfast. It was a quaint place with a nice out door seating area and very close to Notre Dame. I thought it was reasonable priced.
I shared a crêpe with some strawberry jam as well as some fried eggs and toast. Everything was good. I’d recommend this place to others if they wanted breakfast near the historical cathedral.

Oui, le cadre est joli — à quelques mètres de Notre Dame. Oui, les crêpes sont très bonnes (surtout Nutella/​banane), mais c’est cher pour ce que c’est.
Très touristique (nous sommes sur I’ile de la Cité, bien sûr!) et la nourriture servie n’est vraiment pas à la hauteur.
Dommage !
