Horrible service. They were rude and talked about us in French not knowing that we understood them. But too late. This happened after they already swiped our card and cut the tags off. I’d recommend just going to the airpot early to shop at the Longchamp duty free store there(less hassle for tax refund as well).

This was the worst store I have ever been in. I walked in with every intent of buying a bag. Now I never want to own a longchamp ever again. The sales people treated us as if we were homeless off the street. Basically buy online don’t even walk in this store!!!

Good selection, bags approx 30% less than in US, even better if you can get VAT refund. You do have to approach salespeople for help but it is also nice to not be harassed.

Tis true, Longchamp is about 30% cheaper here than in the States. If your purchase totals 170 euro or more, you’re eligible for a VAT refund. They have a good selection of nylon Le Pliage bags but I was interested in the Planetes and the new leather Le Pliage bags, and was able to fondle them to my heart’s content. Service is a bit lacking though, so you’ll have to approach one of the several sales associates and ask for help.

Not that attentive staff, had to actually ask someone for help… they didn’t have my blue long champ i wanted :(all of paris was sold out… had to settle for another color. but my sales person was funny… hahaha and he went to check to see if a shipment would come in the next day. but wasn’t that lucky for it to happen. Big store though…

I got the insider scoop from my friend that Longchamp bags in Paris are significantly cheaper than in NY. I was not disappointed! About 30% cheaper. I’m a happy girl. :)
