This a mediocre tourist-​trap restaurant. The food was mostly western-​style & less than great & the only redeeming factors were the view of the square’s fountain & the 2-​for-​1 happy hour. Be careful if you use your Visa or Mastercard to pay the bill. They will charge you in your home currency (e.g. US Dollars) with a 4.2% surcharge, even if you clearly indicate on the credit card printout that you want to pay in Hong Kong Dollars without the surcharge. This is a violation of Visa’s policies on «Dynamic Currency Conversion» (DCC) where they have to honor your currency choice, but this choice seems to be commonly ignored throughout HK and Macau (i.e. «forced» DCC). Use cash or AmEx to pay the bill and avoid the DCC surcharge.
