This place is noted for its steamed food specialty. They also serve dim sum. The dim sum portions are good size, but the taste is average. In any event, dim sum is not the main draw of this place.
The attraction of steamed food is that the ingredients must be fresh. Here they meet the standard in freshness – vegetables, chicken, shrimp & fish. Yet there is still something lacking in execution. Steamed food can be bland. Some places would have their own special sauces or at least have ingredients for guests to mix their own sauces. This place has neither.
Service and presentation at this place could benefit from further refinement.
