Dragonair

The worst airline ever!!! Do not fly dragon air. Poor customer service, won’t let us on the flight, and they won’t provide a hotel either!!! Horrible!!!

I did not plan to fly with Dragon Air, but had to do it when China Eastern canceled my flight. I really liked Dragon Air. My flight was on time and very comfortable. However, my special thanks to the staff. After I found out that my flight with China Eastern was canceled, I ran from my room and left my earrings behind. I realized it when I was already inside Dragon Air plane and doors were closed. Mia, a flight purser, who was from Hong Kong and had Hong Kong based phone, called the hotel and arranged for the earrings to be found and returned to me. Mia was extremely helpful and kind. Mia told me she was recently engaged. I truly wish Mia all the happiness.
