If you are a poor college student looking for some cheap but decent Indian or Mediterranean food then Ebineezers is the place for you! This place is awesome and I used to come with my other exchange student friends all the time! The food is pretty authentic and comparable to street halal stalls in NY. The gyros are pretty nice here as well as the chicken briyani. The tikka masala is also pretty good! The meals always come with a green minty and sour cream sauce which I really love to mix with my briyani and curry dishes. The portions are also pretty decent for the price.

Not too bad. Was staying close by and thought we would check it out. Had a kebab and it was pretty good, not great. Two other people in my group had curries. They were good. Be careful if you order hot spicy. It was almost unbearable! And they like spice! Maybe stick to medium spice. What made this place stand out is the prices. Very reasonable. 20hkd for a bottle of Chinese beer. Great place to stop and grab a quick meal. The service was fast! Check it out!

This is a chain restaurant. I was staying nearby and just went in as they had a table and it looked appealing. Service was good. I had a pizza, and it was OK. Not great and not bad. I noticed others getting various sandwiches and they looked better. Most of the clients looked middle eastern too, so guess they know what to order. Before these days in Hong Kong I had been in various Islamic areas far west of HKG and it was noticeable to see a place offering halal and beer/wine. Not that that is anything that out of the ordinary in Hong Kong or the west, but after many days from where I had been, it was definitely noticeable. I was also the only one in the place that had a beer, or any alcoholic drink. Not so important, but but I just noticed. If I was in the area again id stop by for a sandwich, or maybe they are Kebab in pita rolled. Prices were not bad either.
