I’d say they’re a smart, efficient and professional group. I was kinda in a rush for my last appt. I told them in advanced that I have less than 3 hours to straighten my hair (which is fairly short time for me), as I had plans to go watch a show afterwards. They looked at the clock, had a quick debrief meeting with the team and just went bambambam — done within the time. They had two people working on my hair most of the time (even blow drying) so that they could speed things up for me. They had the bill prepared before my treatment was completed, a guy holding my jacket, helped me put it on as soon as I was done with my treatment; and another girl holding my handbag and handed to me as I walk out.
Seriously, where can you get such service?! It’s like they were prepping me to go on the stage or something. Lol

Been coming here to get my hair done by Ah Lam for years and I can’t be happier with his amazing work! This place is very happening yet very comfortable. The tea lady makes very good coffee here! Free wifi so I kill time on my iPad if I have to sit here for hours for color and perm. Other staffs are friendly too.
