Overall not a bad coffee place, but since it opened a few years back its been surpassed by some of the newer coffee places in the area. Just being ok is no longer enough given the rapidly expanding coffee shop culture in Wan Chai. They need to up their game or will keep falling further behind.

Attention all Aussies, Kiwis and adopted Antipodean coffee fanatics: Looking for a spot to get your fill of proper flat whites, long blacks, and macchiatos? Look no further — Mansons Lot has you covered. This was one of the best flat whites I’ve had since I lived in Oz. And while it didn’t rival the best of Australia’s baristas, it was certainly one of the top coffees I had in HK. Australia has been spreading its coffee culture around the world faster than rumors of Beyonce and JayZ’s divorce, and Hong Kong was not spared. And it doesn’t stop at coffee — their breakfast menu actually says«brekky» and offers familiar items like eggs bene and artisan toast and jam.(So Aussies, if you weren’t homesick for Australia before, you will be after stop in here!) The tiny confines and quaint décor create a sweet, granny’s-kitchen vibe, although the modern industrial touches reminded you that this hip granny definitely knows how to trend-spot.
