Great 2-​hr buffet deal with unlimited Wagyu beef, but no one helped clean up when a broken glass left pieces of glass all over our table and half a glass with jagged sharp edges!
The first waiter actually saw the glass break, then just walked away! He did not help or comeback to help clean it up. I asked another waiter and she said she didn’t have the appropriate gloves on to help clean up glass. Ok, I accept that, but she nor anyone else came back during the next 30minutes (until we just left). We were a large group and I think they were waiting for us to leave to clear the entire table, but how can you ignore (especially when asked!) sharp broken glass pointing upwards on a table while guests are still there!!! Absolutely appalling.

This place is my friends’ favorite jap BBQ place because it’s quick and easy. They have some sort of membership card, so they get a little discount. But I do think they have terrible service. Not all their beef is good, only some are good, like the thick one with the sauce. The others that are thinner don’t taste as good as other restaurants like Iroha or 298 Nikuya. I would give a 2.5 star but rounding up.
