If this place was promoting their sandwiches as «sandwiches» and not «panini’s», I’d give it 4-​stars.
The ingredients are fresh and paired well together for the various options; however, it’s not exactly a «panini» (at least not by an NYC definition). The bread is too thick for a panini and the bread is barely pressed enough to get some faint grill marks on the top but doesn’t even heat the contents.
I’m sure the chef is proud of their combinations of ingredients but id like the option to ‘create your own’ but maybe it’s just been too long and I’m craving a good olé NYC deli.

I think this place serves one of the best sandwiches (panini) in HK. The ingredients are fresh and good. Ham is their speciality and is really good. The bread is toast: warm and crispy, but soft on the inside. There are many different kinds of sandwiches on offer, including vegetarian choices. The coffee are also good and comes with a small lump of ice cream.
