Of the Physical gyms that I’ve been to(Mong Kok, Causeway Bay, Kwun Tong, Tsim Sha Tsui), the Central branch is the best with open space for people who don’t want to just do cardio or weight machines. All of the other branches have very limited open space for stretching or functional training exercises. Generally, the personal trainers are OK with you using the equipment such as bosus, kettlebells, etc. as long as they’re not using it. Lastly, this branch is never really full to the point where you have to wait for machines. I find that Physical is pretty sales driven, almost to in annoying way. I get that that’s their jobs, but sometimes I just want to get in and out of the gym without sales people constantly pestering me about renewing. Their gym classes aren’t the best either, very basic. The personal trainers are nice enough, but also pretty pushy on sales.
