Health & Harmony is a close-​knit practice with fully committed TCM practitioners (Herbalists & Acupuncturists). Our staff are trained and qualified in professional practice and are eager to help with your ailments to the best of our ability.

Our treatments are officially approved by VHI, Quinn, Aviva, HSF and Laya insurance providers.

Our Chief Practitioner is Dr Jane Li; she has over 25 years of experience in her field and has practised here and in England and China. She is well-​known as a TCM specialist in many fields such as fertility etc., she is currently the Chairperson of the Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine Ireland.

Recently I got really, really sick. Not with just one ailment, but with three. It was like some sort of sick joke the universe was playing on me. Luckily, I live around the corner from this place.
Health & Harmony sells Chinese herbs and remedies and offers acupuncture services. I do not subscribe to the idea that Western medicine is bout about it. I used to suffer from horrible migraines, and one of the most successful treatments I received was acupuncture.
Whatever ails you, Health & Harmony has something to fix you right up. I picked up some herb-​tea packets that tasted really funky but did the trick. I also go some various other pills and potions to deal with headaches, cold and sleeplessness. Seriously, if there is something wrong with you, why not try something different before heading off to the doctor?
The staff is awesome and full of knowledge. If they weren’t it would be incredibly difficult to find what you need, as a lot of packages are written in Chinese.
