At Yumo, customers are able to create & design their very own sushi roll and ramen dish. Choice of many fruits, vegetables, meat & fish to create unique dish. Homemade sauces and toppings also available to enhance the flavor and tastes of the dish.
Our delightful menus offer a variety of classic choices with seasonal flavours, including sushi roll, ramen, Donburi, Gyoza, Japanese salad, and homemade soup.

History
Established in 2015.
YUMO’S original restaurant was opened in 1995, but YUMO’s story goes back much further. The founder, 91– year-old grandmother Ying created the authentic recipe and unique wrapping techniques in the Lau’s Family, and Grandmother Ying set up her own dumpling restaurant in local town in 1979. Six years later, our family expanded the businesses into the city, and opened the very popular restaurant Chang Lin Dumpling restaurant with average output of 5,000 dumplings per day.
Now we bring our Grandmother’s recipe into Ireland, different country, different customers, but same recipe, same tastes, and same story behind each dumpling. Welcome to YUMO.

Wynne grew up in a small city in China called Dalian, which is only about 2 hours flight from Tokyo. The Japanese Culture has significant impact of her daily diet, since then she has developed tremendous interests in the Japanese cuisine. Wynne and her team is working together to provide customers with creative and delicious Japanese cuisines.
