What a cute shop — really amazing, friendly service. They gave us 3 meats to try and 4 – 5 cheeses so that we could choose the options we wanted for our paninis. You also get a choice of 2 veggies or «toppings.» Delicious! Loved it

Down the street from our apartment and loving the sandwiches! I don’t even like sandwiches but I love these! They have small ones that are huge if you ask me, and they are about 3.50 euros for the freshest ingredients ever.

Delicious sandwich, that is well worth the 3 – 5 euro price. There are only two tables inside and a bench outside so it’s more made To walk around with your food and enjoy Florence. The focaccia bread with truffle oil really made my panini delicious. There were plenty of vegetarian options, but only 3 kinds of meat(pork, roast beef, and turkey). The sandwiches are simple but delicious.

Who would think that a tiny sandwich place would be the best food you would have on a trip through Florence? My daughter and her friends convinced us to try this place. They wanted us to have the Pisano sandwich. It is their own homemade salami, cheese, homemade blueberry jelly(just try it before you make judgment) and their wonderful, wonderful bread. Absolutely amazing place. Clean, wonderful man working there who is a sweetheart, but the sandwich… absolutely life changing. Get the sandwich, go back to your room, open your book, and you have a better life.

One of my favorite sandwich places in the world. Great central location, I went their almost every day when I was living in Florence.

SUCCULENT!

Favourite sandwich shop worldwide. I’ve never had such an amazing range of meats and sauces– from the fruity jams to the truffle butter. The wild boar is indeed the best thing ever. The owners are spectacular and even helped make us some tailor-made sandwiches to go(we wanted four to take on an overnight train with us). It’s also the perfect walking distance to many of the main things you want to see in the city, so grab a sandwich or two and one of their interesting beers and go exploring!

Hands down my favorite sandwich shop in Florence. I definitely recommend getting your sandwich on the schiacciata bread. The lucchese is my go to sandwich

The sandwiches and paninis here are a dream. Never had such delicious, flavorful, moist pork in my life. I’m not a big fan of pork, so that is a bold statement. The place is small with room for only a few small bistro tables. I’d eat here standing up or outside if I had to, as many people did. Side note: The owner is a very honest person. The day after having lunch here my husband realized he’d lost his credit card. We did some brainstorming and headed back here. They were just opening and the owner saw us coming down the street and flagged us down saying he had saved our card. He saved us from a terrible experience abroad. Small place. Big flavor.

Location: About 10 minutes from the Duomo on foot. The place: Like most places in Florence, it’s tiny — as in two mini tables, tiny. This is more of a to-go place. Alternatively, if they’re not too busy, you can grab a bench outside and people watch while you eat. Sandwiches: Nothing short of amazing. I had a chat with the owner, who told me where he gets his fresh bread and cold cuts and I can tell you that both are from top quality places(a bakery and a sandwich shop who ‘make’ their own prosciutto, salami etc.). I ordered the Barberinese, and chose the flat bread as my base — some ham, cheese and a little honey. Holy deliciousness! Price point: Budget friendly! My ‘small’ sandwich was 3 € and the large version was 4 €. Personally, I felt like the small was a large so to you get real bang for your buck here. Plus, the owner is a super cool guy who’s happy to chit chat with his clients.
