Das Betolla war für uns das leckereste iitalienisches Restaurant in Pompeji. Zwar war das Menü mit 35 Euro nicht gerade bilig, aber dafür mit 5 Gängen und großen Portionen sehr reichhaltig. Der Service beherrscht nur wenige englische Vokabeln, aber zum servieren war es ausreichend.
Man muss in jedem Fall reservieren, denn es wird abends sehr voll.

Our hotel desk clerk recommended this restaurant, and it was a geat value. The gnocchi were light and tasty, and each piece of the mixed grill was savory. My wife had a pasta dish with a coffee-​based sauce that we’d never seen before, which was equally good. The price was the same as we paid elsewhere for meals that were half as good.
The one downside was the service, which was slow and radiated nearly Parisian levels of haughtiness. But it was worth the suffering.

Absolutely great restaurant, with a fine price/​quality rate. The restaurant is in the Michelin guide, but the prices are not like that. They have a good wine menu, with wines sorted by region. We chose the pinot noir, which was delicious. I would surely recommand this place when you’re looking for a nice restaurant in Pompeii!
