Came recommended … but I can’t recommend it when there is soooo many better places within just a couple blocks. I haven’t had such a bland, tasteless, meal since early microwave dinners in the late 80’s. Pizza was pathetic, the salad was put through a meat slicer making for long, thin slivers of lettuce … crappy, canned olives, mushy tomatoes, all made for a horrible presentation. From the raviolis to the lasagna, it was as if every sauce, gravy and ingredient came straight out of a can. Trying to find a good thing to say falls on the staff as they are attentive and every encounter was with smiles and a speedy result. Unless you’re desperate … avoid this place! Gregory

We really enjoyed our experience at this restaurant. We sat on the patio which was very nice. The servers were wonderful and attentive. I ordered Ravioli stuffed with ricotta and spinach, and by boyfriend ordered 4 cheese Gnocci. Both were excellent! Definitely recommend.

We stayed in this area for 8 days and during that time, we tried multiple restaurants– no restaurant twice – except here. Food quality is definitely superior, food is brought quickly, and the service was great. We are having our last dinner in Rome here. Would definitely recommend this place

Worst restaurant we ate in Rome. Lasagna — bland. Sauce — bland and Luke warm. Staff — not attentive, slow to respond. Overall prefer not to remember this place

Friendly, good pizzas and good proximity to the Colosseumwithout feeling like complete tourist trap. Lovely atmosphere out on the terrace. Was a perfect lunch stop.

I don’t typically write reviews, but this restaurant was incredible. The food was good, reasonably priced, and the staff was very friendly with a great sense is humor.

Atendimento gentil por um garçom muito atencioso até fala um pouco de Português. Salada Caprese Boa mas a Lasagna muito ruim. Nao voltaria l.

The pizza was ok. Really nothing special. The ham and mushroom pizza was $ 8. They’ll charge $ 4 for water and a $ 2 service charge. This is the first restaurant I’ve been to that does this. There are too many restaurants in the area for this. Go somewhere else.

Best food so far in Rome. I’ve had an fiorentina for dinner, and the linguine al pesto for lunch. Both really good dishes. I highly recommend this place!

We stopped in here after our visit to the Colosseum. We had the pizza Margherita and an appetizer with various Italian cured meats and cheeses. Considering it’s so close to the Colosseum, it didn’t feel like a tourist trap and the service and prices were pretty good. The food was OK. Not bad but not amazing. It’s a good option if you are looking to stay in the area and visit the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill.

Left the place around the corner because the ran out of the gnocchi and lasagna. On my last night in Italy I’m not going to change the one dish I really wanted to try here, lasagna. Found this place and our eventual waiter sold us why this place was superior to the rest. Typically I don’t like that strategy, but with barking dogs from walking all day, figured why not. Totally lived up to the hype! Lasagna, best I’ve ever had, and special pasta with sausage and mushrooms in tomato cream sauce was something I don’t think can really be duplicated. Best meal to leave an Italian vacation possible!

We were not only craving great food but some decent service as well. Pasqualino al colosseo provided plenty of both. Reasonably priced and authentic menu.

Great food! friendly staff. Nice atmosphere. The pasta combinations are excellent, the salad was creative and huge. Prices are about average for Rome. Dinner for 2 with wine was € 52.

Thin and crispy pizzas, although the«Diavola» wasnt hot at all. Ask for the chillisauce. Prices are moderate if you keep in mind that it is quite close to the Colosseo. Try the vino della casa.
