An old standard revisited and not disappointed. This is still one of my favorites. Near the Piazza are plenty of great foodie hangouts but I love Collins. The food, the service, the house red. It’s all good. The food is freshly prepared and served up with a smile. My fave is the calzone but I change it up a bit it comes with mozzarella and ham and mushrooms but I add mozzarella bufalo and spicy salomina. Omg it is superb. Always crowded and buzzing but always great!
