Ambiance, service, food. When these all come together its a great experience. My first visit here and I’ll be back. We had several of the chef’s specials including a (me) the center cut filet with roasted potatoes. Excellently prepared and a superb cut of local beef! My colleagues with ZERO complaints had the pasta with lamb ragu, the spaghetti and clams and the wine infused pork cheek on a bed of whipped potato. Just perfect. And as we departed we shared a local Grappa with the staff. Just awesomeness. No kidding.

Possibly my favorite restaurant in Sacile.
It’s upscale, and you pay for the difference; but it’s worth it.
The chef is definitely into food as high art, but the emphasis is more on highlighting and enhancing existing natural flavors than creating something new and fusion-​y.
You’ll definitely see twists and flair, but the underlying principle is for the food to shine, rather than to make statements.
Just go see for yourself (but call for a reservation or have a backup plan… I have a feeling this word is getting out).
