We were lucky to have quite a good experience in terms of service the first time. The waiter who served us was very experienced and professional. He took our order instantly. Food and drink and even our bill came fast since we told him we had only 20 mins for some food and drink. He was very nice and accommodating! We returned few hours later same day for another drink at the patio on a hot Summer afternoon. The service was quite an extreme opposite. We got almost no service. We waited too long for the bill and I had to go inside the restaurant to grab my bill and pay so we can leave. Food was an OK. Service really depends on your luck!

It’s sad when 2 stars RAISES the average. Service was fair. They didn’t bring the bread until after they served the meal. They often tried to deliver orders to the wrong table. The waiter knocked my wife’s water, spilling some in her. The food was uninspired. I would expect more for the cost. On a positive note they did serve a bowl of ice and lime slices with the water. Five minutes after asking for the check, we still haven’t received it, and we just watched a four-some walk out without having been served the drinks they came in for.

Food is decent(gnocchi al ragu is slightly salty). The calamari is delicious and reasonably priced. Service was good. If it looks like rain, opt for a space in the middle of the covered patio to avoid being relocated inside. Staff does a great job of moving folks quickly though.

Terrible on every level… service was poor, food inedible, wifi weak. Only good aspect is you can sit in the shade. Walk on by-anything else will be better. One Diet coke was 6 euro!

The worst restaurant that I’ve been to in Italy. Service was terrible, the food almost inedible and the prices were ridiculous. Only perk is the free wifi which I am now using to post this review. I would give 0 stars if that was an option.

Walking past Piazza San Marco toward the water we stopped by for a quick lunch before continuing our site seeing of beautiful Venice. We shared a Margherita Pizza which was a disappointingly average NY style pie — undercooked crust. The House Vialpolrella Red — 2 glasses 9 Euro’s was quite reasonable and very good. Oddity — Glass of Red is cheaper than a diet coke — go figure . Service here was polite and fast. Seating may be compromised. If you’re not seated by the front tables your view of the Venice waters and amusing tourist activity are blocked.

Had high hopes for this place since it was so busy, but it was just OK… Hubby wasn’t feeling well so we chose a place close to the hotel that had soup. I had a margherita pizza that tasted like it could have come from a box and been reheated in the oven at home. His Sprite was 6 euro and his vegetable soup was 2 euro more than my pizza… Plus I don’t like it when restaurants have people trying to coax people to sit down when they glance in the general direction. Wouldn’t recommend.

Plat surgelé hors de prix, service désagréable et il faut lire les petites lignes en bas du menu(charge a payer en plus).
