I come here every year for the chilequiles and michelad’s! Better than most. And great views.

Stopped here during a marina walk early afternoon. Thirsty and wanting a light snack, I ordered fish tacos and it hit the spot, fish was not battered and fried and dripping with grease so it was a pleasant surprise. I ordered a «side» of Mexican rice which was seriously like maybe a tablespoon of rice.(ok ok a little more) Decided to get a piña colada and was not disappointed. Blended very well and not *too* sweet. Service was o.k. Seems like their menu changed a bit from years ago, they offer quite a bit more«American» food than I remembered.

After being up since 5am and some serious Marlin fishing we were starved! Stopped by Solomons to grab a bite and relax — beers are cold, staff is friendly and very accommodating. My suggestions: blue crab dip, tacos(I had fish, shrimp, and al pastor), chicken fajitas, and a Mexican combo plate(Chile Relleno was awesome!!) Not to mention this was a Triple D spot(and a MUSTSEE for us!) Note: Most dishes on the TV show were actually breakfast items… I think we will be back!

My husband and I stopped in here after a sunset cruise for appetizers and a cocktail. We ordered the artichoke spinach dip and chicken tortas. Both had amazing flavor and highly recommend. During our visit, this restaurant was the busiest of the places along the marina. A good indicator that it was a good place to be. We learned that Guy Fieri visited here and rated a few of the dishes. This place has the episode on repeat, so you can’t miss it. Because of the show, we decided to visit the next day for breakfast, too. For breakfast, we enjoyed the strawberry-banana French toast and eggs Benedict. Both were absolutely amazing. The French toast is surprisingly light but filling. The hollandaise sauce on the eggs was so delicious — some restaurants just don’t get it right, but they sure did! With the egg dish, I ordered a side of potatoes. They were fried with a bit of rosemary. The flavor was unreal! The servers are all so friendly, efficient and highly professional. We highly recommend this place!

This place is very good but not outstanding. The ambience is wonderful and the view of the marina is gorgeous. Prices are high and portions are average. We ordered the Belgian waffle with of potatoes(no Bueno) and the strawberry stuffed French toast with cream cheese. Overall three stars for average food at a higher cost.

I’ve been here three times now so I’ve decided to leave a review. The restaurant is on the Marina which makes it very touristy, including the prices. The food is good, but not great. Ive tried the ceviche, guacamole, nachos, and tacos. All the food was good but not worth the pricing. My favorite thing here is the lemonade. Absolutely fantastic! Its carbonated so not like normal lemonade in the US. And they also serve it in Margarita bowls. All the staff speak English so if you don’t know Spanish its easy to communicate and they also have menus in English. The scenery is beautiful as you’re looking out on the Marina and can see the boats and possibly the sunset if you come at the right time.

We had fish taco, pollo taco and ceviche taco, for us this is the best taco place on the island i just wish i could stay a little longer so I try their other dishes on the menu Margarita is pretty legit compare to the other place next to it i will not mention any restaurant name the 4 star is for the food service I will give it a 3 star because of the service that we had btw if you want more food selection just walk a little further away from this place around lobster bucket there are other places that is more affordable and it is not as busy as this place

Meh, the food was ok. I was expecting a lot better based on the great reviews, but should have believed the ones who said it was all hype since Guy Fieri gave this place his blessing. They seated us in the sushi section which was quiet and lame. Service sucked majorly. The most fun was the mariachi’s singing and even then they beg for a tip. No one asked your punk asses to come over and start singing. LOL. I would not eat here again.

Not sure why everyone loves this place… Everytime I have tried it(3 times just to make sure I was not crazy with my disappointment), the food has been mediocre with barely any flavor. The wait during lunch can be busy. For me, not worth it as there are so many other restaurants with way better food and cheaper. For the best seafood in town, where the locals go– Tres Islas. You will not be disappointed. Sorry Solomon, won’t be back a 4th time.

This is a yearly stop for us. The indio omelette is the PERFECT cure for a hangover, you should rename it. Chorizo, bacon, and avocado with a spicy sauce… GETINMYBELLY!!! The stuffed french toast is like eating pie for breakfast. If there’s one food indulgence you should partake in Cabo, this is it. Great little atmosphere located on the marina, great for morning people watching.

It’s always enjoyable to test different items on the menu. Don’t get me wrong we have our go to favorites, but things just keep getting better and better when we explore new items! Fernando at the sushi bar is amazing! It’s always a great time!

The food was great, service was friendly… Would definitely eat here again… Everyone was so attentive and friendly! We had just left the beach and was walking back to our room so it was a nice detour. Plus they were cool with us having on our bathing suits…

Decided to try this place out based off of the pictures & reviews. I was not impressed whatsoever. It’s completely hyped up because Guy Fieri ate here & recommended a few dishes. We ordered two entrees & an appetizer ANDNODRINKS& it came out to $ 75 bucks before tip. Honestly not worth it at all compared to all the other delicious food places we went to during our trip. We went to la Hacienda Cocina & Cantina the next day for my sisters birthday & we literally spent 10 bucks more than at solomons for way better food, ambiance, & service not to mention a killer view of Land’s End. Save your time & money & go someplace else for better food. You will leave disappointed at Solomon’s.

I decided to try this place based on the positive Unilocal reviews I read… and that this restaurant was featured on Guy Fieri’s show: Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives. Great location on the Marina, very spacious restaurant & great menu selection. We decided to sample some of the Sushi(which is on a separate menu) and it tasted fresh & delicious. We tried various seafood menu items and they were tasty… Service was friendly, good atmosphere & overall the food was good. I would definitely consider coming back the next time I’m back in Cabo.

Came to this place after swimming with the Dolphins and it was absolutely amazing! We ordered two basic California rolls and they were very fresh and good. Our waiter was also very friendly. Definitely recommend coming here!

This place came highly recommended by two women who live here part time. The service is great, it’s a nice breeze and a view of the hills and water. The filet mignon was cooked perfectly. The steak was well done, not dry and very flavorful. I will definitely return to this restaurant on my next visit to Cabo. The entrée actually comes with vegetables. It has been difficult to find a restaurant that sell a full side of veggies. There are people hassling you for music, but not aggressively like some restaurants. There was a really nice gentleman who was so kind to inform my hubs and I about the boat ride, and it was only $ 2 higher than the online price. Some residents try to sell it to tourist for double the price, so make sure to do your research people.

The food is OK, but for the $ 85 two of us paid for lunch it was overpriced. I could have eaten a better meal at the top steakhouse in Mexico City for less. While that may be comparing apples to oranges the point is that there are better places that are cheaper and also have good views. While the views are nice and the fish is fresh, the dishes are just middle of the road. I would not go back.

We overlooked the cranky waiter. Sat down and enjoyed my huge iced tea, while my friend wanted his Corona… as you can see in the photo. I ordered their tacos… Two shrimp and one fish. The fish was about a four star. The shrimp were amazingly delicious and just so darn tasty. According to my friend who’s been here before. «He said that it was basically a taco stand with an outside patio seating. I guess their hurricane insurance paid of, because it’s really a nice place. Unfortunately, you have to go thru dozens of venders trying to sell you everything. There’s a back way in. Just follow the fence to the parking lot entrance and enter down that small road and turn right and there you are, That’s all they have is outside seating, with nice tile, table and chairs and a good roof and a fantastic view of the marina. Fish tacos were a bit high, but not to bad and we had a great time.

We were staying nearby and stopped in for dinner based on a recommendation from our hotel. Menu prices were a little surprising for Cabo, $ 30+ per entrée… I guess you’re paying partly for the view and partly because Guy Fieri has featured this restaurant on his show. However, the one stand out item from our dinner was the sea bass. I’m a big fish eater, usually prefer tuna or salmon, but the sea bass was the catch of the day. Cooked and flavored to perfection.
