We decided to cancel our tour over a week before because we weren’t going to have enough time. If you get a tour make sure it’s a definite decision cause it was really hard to get our refund back. I’m sure the tours are great though! And if you speak to management make sure you speak to Miguel Jr.

Just spent the day with Alex and Adrian. They are awesome and our private tour was amazing. We won’t be using anyone else when we visit again. Went to Tulum then Grand Cenote, then ate lunch at a delicious authentic Mexican restaurant then spent some time shopping in Playa de Carmen. I wish we weren’t leaving tomorrow, I’d schedule another tour with them. Trust worthy, knowledgeable, friendly, and good people. We just made 2 new friends we hope to stay in touch with! Thanks Alma tours! Really the best!

All I have to say is that Miguel and his crew deserve more than 5 stars. Everything was first class, even his English was perfect. On our way to chichen itza, our Mercedes van suffered a blow out. Nobody’s fault. Just bad luck. Unfortunately the shredded tire ripped out the brake line and it wasn’t as simple as throwing the spare tire on. Despite this minor set back, Miguel and his crew summoned another van and we were on our way. Miguel was a great guide and you could tell he really loves his job. If I ever return to Cancun, I will be sure to take a different tour with his company!
