Rose Bar is located inside Hotel ME by Melia.
I’m guessing that it’s a pool bar by day, and an open deck terrace by night.
You can smoke on the couches or in private cabanas (but those are rubbery).
The hookahs are $ 20. They bring you a box and let you pick the one you will smoke. As in they’re pre-​packaged. They took 30 minutes to bring it to me, and don’t give me the usual «we were making the coals» excuse, those are quick lights you guys are using! But, it smokes. Will you be sitting in a cloud of smoke? No. Probably makes aa much smoke as a cigarette does though…
So it all comes down to how hookah-​desperate you are :)
