Wow! I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. I would give it 5 stars if the atmosphere was a bit more pleasant, it needs a bit of remodeling/updating. You sit under fluorescent lighting in booths that are sectioned off by flimsy Asian screens, it’s nice if you like privacy. They didn’t have some of my favorite Korean dishes, like seafood pancake or chap chae, but that was probably a good thing or else I would’ve over ordered. We had the marinated Galbi that we grilled at our table, the portion was great and it was delish! We also ordered Bibimbap which was mediocre and a Sam Gyup Sal stir fried in gochujang(sweet, mildly spicy fermented red chili paste), it was pretty good if you like gochujang(which I do) because that’s all you can really taste. I was VERYHAPPY with the banchan(side dishes that come with your order). It was a great variety and high quality! The price is on par with what you’d expect of Korean food… kinda pricey. I would definitely go back again!

This has been one of my favorite eating experiences in DF! Really delicious, authentic Korean food. We ordered a full spread from grilled beef and squid, hot pot bi bim bap, soup and of course all the small plates of kim chee, and other deliciousness. Everything was top notch, and the service was very attentive. I don’t remember what we paid, but it was a deal for the quality and amount of food. Highly recommended!
