First of all, Pepe, was the bomb. Not only was he a lot of fun, but he provided excellent service and advice regarding the food options. Second, the live music.(an excellent guitarist whose name I did not catch) played a wide assortment of very pleasant and engaging music. Third, the location in the center of San Jose del Cabo is unassuming but goes deep into the block with ample outdoor seating, and great old world Mexican charm and ambiance. I had a freshly caught Chilean Sea Bass that was phenomenal(Pope’s recommendation) and my wife was enthralled with her tortilla soup. She is quite particular about her soup. All in all, a wonderful experience which I look forward to repeating. Thank you Pepe.

I was pretty impressed by this place. I wasn’t expecting much but it surprised us. The restaurants is huge, inside and outside seating. Yes it’s almost empty but it’s San Jose and not much happens there. The staff is beyond friendly, they made us feel comfortable and happy. We were sitting outside and mosquitos were bitting us so they gave us mosquito repellent! We had blended margaritas that were delicious. As for food we had the olive oil octopus that was amazing! We also had the stuffed Jalapeño… ayyy yaayy caliente! We had three tacos, fish, shrimp and Marline. The Marline was by far the tastiest. Good place in general!
