This place was one great with people, life and a wide variety of cakes, pastries and bubble milk tea drinks. Now it’s been reduced to this shell. They don’t even bake their bread anymore so its quite stale and as for the cakes, getting smaller and smalle rby the year.

No, it has nothing to do with that cute animation with the parrot in it. But fear not, this place is just as cute as that movie, with the sweetest cakes you’ll ever lay your eyes on. After Momotea proved to be too busy, my friend brought me to Rio and introduced me to their Bubble tea and desserts. The prices were really cheap, and the quality was good too.
I think this is a much looked over treasure out East, as most caucasians wouldn’t look twice at the predominantly asian shopping centre. I would strongly recommend breaking this stigma, even if it’s just to check out the beautiful cakes.
