Stafford Park

Located right off the Auckland Northern Motorway is this amazing park. Back in the day long before I moved to the neighborhood, Stafford Park had a pumping half pipe to skate on, but present day, it’s in the process of either being removed or rebuilt.
I actually a month ago signed an Auckland City Council petition to have it rebuilt for the use of the local skater kids, I think just a fantastic location and with a mint as view of Auckland City behind the motorway it’s hard to beat, if they can do it justice.
I love that my little one can spend endless time playing at the well equipped playground, which has a section for the preschooler and also a section for the older kids.
The other side of Stafford Park has lovely trees and grounds where you can picnic with the family or friends on those sunny days.
