Tank

I’m a full-​time Tank lover, simply put. Tank Manukau is my local and very handy when on breaks at work, so I’m forever tempted. Tank is the home of fresh smoothies, juices and those extra shots you’ll need to kick-​start your morning or give you that extra energy during the day. Its crazy to see how popular Tank has become over the years and I see a lot more people walking around with Tank cups now more than ever, which really doesn’t help my cravings. Tank gets so busy here especially at lunchtime, but its worth the wait (its not usually too long though and they make their salads in a flash).
The Chocolate Tank is pure gold and when I’m not feeling like juice, this is it. This really helps me hone in cravings with the added bonus of banana and fat-​free frozen yoghurt. And of course there’s chocolate in it– it honestly just had me hooked after reading that. The Tank Mango is also delicious and as for juice, Vitality is number one on my list. Suffice it to say, there is something for everyone here.
Apart from their delicious beverages, I can’t get enough of Tank salads (I’m yet to try their wraps). The caesar salad is a classic and a favourite, and I also can’t go past the Tank Lean & Green– feta and almonds make the perfect meal for me. The chicken and cranberry is also a delicious choice, and the best part about these are that they’re great value fr money, and you can take them to go– so there’s no excuse for choosing something a little healthier for that lunchtime meal. As a bonus, Tank food is so tasty that you’ll be a repeat customer no matter what.
