77 Sushi

ordered today, as so many times before, at 14:08 online, no response for 30 minutes, called to check, was told delivery at 22:00 or pick up at 21:30. this happens every time.
online reservations are useless because there is no confirmation. once seated and ordered we even were moved after the fact and told we have no reservation, after showing the confirmation email we were told there was another one that rejected our reservation which we never received.
for New Year’s Eve our reservation was at 8pm, I called the same day to check up on them because management can obviously not trusted and I was told the restaurant closes at 7pm so they moved the reservation to 6pm. after the fact that we had to call them.
online orders are generally 5 – 8 hours delayed and no call ever tells you when the delivery might come so even 2 hours after the order you need to call them so they can tell you your order will be ready in 5 hours. I offered once to send a taxi to pick up the order but was told «this isn’t possible». this all just makes no sense.
their online order system was broken so I mailed the website contact and the shop system company. the shop system company replied an hour later and confirmed they fixed the small bug, 77sushi never responded.
best sushi in the city with the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. ranges from declining a reservation after being seated, ignoring reservations and never telling it was rejected to delaying deliveries up to 8 hours. and what actually pisses me off is that there is zero communication from the management or restaurant. after complaining about it on the phone the lady with the manager tag now avoids me and gives me evil looks. it’s just straight up rude.
kudos to the chefs, the sushi itself is absolutely amazing but everything else is just way below sub standard for a restaurant.
I have no idea how one can run a company like this.

Best sushi ever. They offer discount cards (50% on everything except drinks). Fusion set for 2 is my favorite set from their menu. Sea weed salad is yummy. Highly recommended sushi spot.

Me and my friends came in for some sushi and saw this place which looked small and fairly quick. I ordered the shrimp tempura and a simple tuna roll, and it was ok. I think I was mostly disappointed in how much I paid for what I really got.

I am a regular here and rather enjoy it. This is not fancying sushi, but rather, lunchtime sushi. I have a frequent customer card and receive half off. Otherwise, it is overpriced. The sushi is rather good. The Tuna is from Sri Lank and can be a day or so old and over oxygenated but the rest if the food is rather good. Cheap wine and good service. I’ll be back but hope for newer items.

Food was fairly good, service was incredibly slow. We sat there for about 10 minutes before we were given a menu and another 15 minutes before we received our drink order.
Tuna tartare was the best thing we had on the menu. The hot sushi rolls were insanely hot (and dry) and the cold rolls were served just below room temperature.
Would aim for another local restaurant in hopes you’ll have a much better experience.
