The samosas and chicken tikka masala were excellent. Masala chai was pretty good as well. I would skip the Rasmalai dessert as the malai tasted like plain paneer.

First time here and defo i would come again. I like really the food, it has its own flavour, for the people that they don’t like(a lot) spicy be careful of the spiciness. Happy new year :)

Best Indian restaurant in town!!! I’ve been plenty of times in India and the only place I’ve found so good Indian food is here. I recommend this place to everyone that is looking for a different taste as her, the chef and most of the people are actually from India. It is really the place to go if you are fed up with polish and Italian. Lovely.

Fantastic Indian food! Authentic! The service was fantastic and ambience was perfect for a Friday night dinner on a rainy day.

Very, very good food. The best Indian food in Kraków, and I’ve been to all the Indian restaurants I can find. Seriously good. If you can manage such a feat of social engineering, go with people who are willing to order things and share them; one entrée is more than enough for one person and wouldn’t it be nice to have room for dessert? Because the desserts are delicious. The service is very odd, though. Wait staff seem sometimes giddy, sometimes grumpy, always baffling. Once we were let in and warned that the kitchen was closing in an hour. We were sent to a tiny room to wait for menus. The menus never came, but another waiter did, shortly, and told us that really an hour wasn’t enough time and that we should go away instead. This sort of thing happens from time to time. BUTTHEFOODISSOGOOD. They open up a covered courtyard in the summer, which is kind of nice.

The food here is good enough to warrant five stars. But other areas let this restaurant down. Service is very slow. It took them about an hour to take our food order(perhaps this is a deliberate ploy to sell more drinks?). So it was a full hour and a half from the moment we entered the restaurant to when the food arrived. The waiting staff were border-line rude. They practically told our slightly noisy group to shut up when they couldn’t hear some us trying to place our order. Also, when taking a drinks order quite late in the evening it would of been nice if they’d told us that they were closing very soon. It seems this place is all about the money, needless to say they didn’t get a tip on our 800 zloty bill. The interior isn’t exactly pleasant either. The décor and lighting is fairly dull. Our group of a dozen or so people was seated separately in an oddly-shaped side room, getting in or out of the room involved asking half a dozen or more people to move. It would have been nice if they had some Indian style music playing in the background. One of the paintings had a swastika logo on it, which we thought was and little strange and some people may find offensive. The food was very nice(although at one point I felt like popping out to MacDonald’s due to the long waiting times). The lassi was very nice. I tried both the mango and banana variety of this yoghurt-based drink. It was 12 zloty a glass and very addictive(especially if you are waiting for your food). Fortunately it was served in reasonably large glasses. My main course was chicken balti(served in a little bucket as is traditional), served with rice and naan bread. The chicken was very tasty, but very very mild despite the fact I had ordered medium. The hotness scale is something many Indian restaurants in Poland fail to get right. Portion size was good. All other members of our dining party enjoyed their meals. So to sum up, only go there if you have a couple of hours to spare and are not annoyed by poor service.

Wonderful food, abhorant service. I went to Indus with my girlfriend about half an hour before closing time(unbeknownst to us at the time). We sensed as soon as we entered that we were being shooed out as quickly as possible, which was fine because neither of us are particularly slow eaters. It was the haughty attitude of our waitress that irked us, the other waitresses were also quite rude to other customers. As I mentioned earlier the food was great with large portions, it’s a pity about the service.
