Simple, nothing to write home about. But this is a nice little hole in the wall where you can enjoy a small snack and nice ocean breeze as you walk down the beach or Ashford Ave.
They offer a small beer selection as well as a full menu. We were just looking for a light snack. So we opted for the tostones rellenos de camaron (stuffed fried plantains with shrimp) and the beef empanada.
The tostones rellenos were good but the shrimp was a bit salty and garnished with peppers. The actual tostones were pretty good but I wasn’t feeling the peppers, nothing a little mayo-​ketchup couldn’t fix! Definitely make sure to ask for this sauce at least once when you’re visiting PR. This is a pink sauce which is a mix of, you guessed it, mayonnaise and ketchup. It goes very well with tostones and almost anything fried– don’t miss it!

The staff were so friendly! Coffee very yummy. There was 7 of us and the bill came to $ 95 for breakfast, which was a little expensive. I got French toast and bacon which was good! Definitely hard to find but its right down the alley next to the CVS by the Marriot hotel! Limited seating.

Small, kinda hole in the wall place but worth a visit or more.
Good food, great service and awesome view as this nearly on the beach. Kids loved it too.
Seats a dozen or so people only but the view and feel is cozy.
I liked the food better than Pinkys as this had flavor without extra sauce or condiments.

Service is eh. Ordered scrambled eggs with iced coffee and it’s disgusting. Eggs taste jelly from a carton and iced coffee was 80 percent water and rest milk and Lil coffee. Disgusting.

Very pleased with the atmosphere, price and service. Found this lunch spot on Unilocal and choose it because the beach is right there. Great spot for coffee in the morning (made with a Puerto Rican roast). We had lunch with our teenagers and they enjoyed it too. The service was excellent. Very authentic, the locals even eat here too. I showed the owner Unilocal and she didn’t know much about the app, but she said her customers mention it a lot.

we ended up going here every day of the trip — such a friendly staff.
their food was great and their prices were great too
would recommend going here instead of paying $ 28 for an egg and two slices of bacon

My mom and I are staying at the hotel upstairs from this place, so we decided to get breakfast from here since it’s so convenient.
The breakfast we ordered was simple: eggs, toast, and either bacon, ham, or sausage. It was good for what it was. I also ordered a café au lait, which was good and they have sugar in the raw! :)
I do wish they had turkey bacon and home fries, but the breakfast kept me full for hours.
Staff is sweet, and the food was very affordable.
We will be back to try other things on the menu.

Went there before heading to the beach. Good food, unfortunately they were nearly out of what I wanted since they close for a bit to transition to dinner I guess… Got a wrap and tostones rellenos. I don’t think the shrimp was fresh, but it was good! The piña coladas weren’t bad either. Overall did its job!

I’m giving 5 stars to this place based on two dishes I’ve tried so far: their cubano sandwich, and their pork chop with rice and yellow plantain. Both were delicious. Full of Latin flavor, and enough food to fill you up. Prices can’t be better! Can’t wait to try a couple more of their dishes.

Great little spot by the beach. Staff was friendly and attentive. The burger (she recommended it) was actually really good. The pesto chicken wrap was also good and seemed fresh.
Great little spot to watch the ocean and grab lunch. Not very big, so larger parties may be too much.

Good food for great prices! This is such a cute little place with ocean views! It’s small but not busy and I don’t understand why! we’ve been for breakfast and lunch already and plan to come back again. Located right next to the Marriott so we walk here from the beach! The chocolate gelato is to die for!

This place is a respite from the touristy places, and it has an ocean view. The service is friendly, and the strawberry and the chocolate gelato are to die for! The address is agenda Condado #4. The ramp to go up to the restaurant is tricky, but it’s worth it. I will go back for the food there.

This place is absolutely amazing! We have come back every morning for breakfast! The coffee and breakfast wrap are so delicious! They make all homemade Puerto Rican food for lunch and dinner! The people that work here are so so friendly and accommodating I could not say enough about there hospitality! Amazing place on the beach! Must try!
