The staff is friendly, but the coffee was awful. I ordered an americano, and couldn’t make myself drink it. Seriously that bad.

Had coffee and breakfast here every morning while we were in San Juan because we couldn’t get enough. We are still dreaming about their mallorcas(ham & cheese sweet sandwiches) and wishing we had brought more of their amazing coffee home.

Cute, quaint little coffee spot. A lot of the locals suggested this place to is. If your not familiar with coffee I would suggest talking to the barista on what to choose. They brew different types of coffee each day. The double macchiato was delicious… and the latte art was pretty cool as well ! Heading back before our flight today !

Found this little treasure while walking the streets of Puerto Rico. Honestly it’s a little hole in the wall but what the lack in appearance they make up for in taste. I had the roast chicken, beans & rice with plantains… and it was yummy to my tummy. The owner was very nice and personable. He shared his love for his country, and told of my stories regarding the history of Puerto Rico. The owner allows all the customer to sing the walls in the restaurant which was will make for great memories on the island. I was blessed to be able to sign the wall stating I was there and of course I added the fact that I’m from NYC. The restaurant was quite small so it isn’t good for a large group, the prices where great. Prices are around $ 8.00 per plate with a good size portion. If I’m ever in Puerto Rico again I will make sure I stop in.

Great coffee. My wife and I both had lattes, mine with an extra shot, and I think they were our favourite in Old San Juan. Tasty, with just the right amount of coffee kick to not be buried beneath the milk. Great outdoor seating right near the ferry, but I’d beware around here once a cruise ship docks! The baristas seemed snobby(in an «I expect this and would be somewhat disappointed if they weren’t» kinda way), but this could be because we were there right at opening(0630).

this place was amazing the coffee was made perfect, but the best of the best is that they use Puerto Rican coffee beans, grown on the Island, they even have story boards explaining and who and where they get their coffee from… Puerto Rican coffee beans are one of the worlds best beans, on bitterness to the way the beans are roasted in Puerto Rico… as I drink coffee all over the Island this is one of the best, the only down side was that they don’t have a bathroom but I went a crossed the street to the CVR.

As a barista, I am very very picky. We arrived in Old San Juan at 9, when nothing opens until 10. We were in search of coffee, and found this place on Unilocal!Nice local baristas, delicious latte and amazing latte art. I loved it!

Awesome! Been here twice today… great service and amazing coffee! Vanilla latte is great, but one of the gals recommended the island banana latte in hot, I was actually wanting a cold beverage but she said it tasted better hot, so I tried it. Was a fantastic choice for a sweet tooth! Ty Ladies!

Really disappointing. The coffee was cold and weak. And espresso bitter. Go to Finca Ciabito’s instead.

They don’t have Wi-Fi here. That’s almost a deal breaker right from the start, but let me continue anyways. This place is located inside of Pier 2 by a variety of other shops. It is a rather small place and has both indoor and outdoor seating. I wasn’t sure what to order, so I decided to get an 8 oz hot chocolate in a ceramic mug for $ 2. That’s pretty cheap considering it was even served with latte/foam art, but the taste didn’t impress me. At least this was some place to rest my feet after walking around Old San Juan all day. They also had some cute looking small cookies for sale, but I didn’t buy any because a small bag of them was over $ 5. I’ll stick to other coffee shops that have Wi-Fi from now on.

Authentic Puertorican coffee! I can say its the best latte I’ve had! I even stopped by on my way to the airport to grab another latte before heading back to the USA! This cute little coffee shop with great friendly service is a must when visitng San Juan, PR!

Excellent lattes, reasonably priced, crafted by friendly baristas, with a nice outdoor seating area. What more could you ask for?

Coffee is truly amazing! BUT service leaves much to be desired. We stopped by about 30 minutes before closing and encountered two chatting employees who could careless about us. If you don’t care about service, go for it!

This was my favorite coffee shop in PR. The mocha was so chocolatey and yet not overly sweet and perfectly balanced, unlike what you might have at Starbucks or Peet’s. It’s a great drink for those who like coffee and have a sweet tooth, I wouldn’t recommend it for the coffee purists. I have yet to try the original coffee or espresso drinks. The pastries didn’t look very good. If you’re a coffee lover like me, make sure to stop by a convenience store like Walgreens to pick up a bag of PR coffee(yellow bag is the most popular). You will find it is marked up 3X at the airport!

Tiny coffee shop by the pier and they have friendly service. The coffee is inexpensive but very strong. It is much better than Starbucks. We thought about buying their beans but it $ 9 for ½ lb! This is like twice the price than in NYC. I dont know why coffee beans here are so expensive in Puerto Rico. Great stop to refuel and energize before you embark on the old town tour.

My first stop after a 5K hike from Condado to Old San Juan! Well worth it! It was early and the locals were in for their coffee and snack. I had a cup of coffee that was very perfect and opted for a pastry filled with some sort of puerto rican creamcheese — like a mini cheese danish. just the right amount of food to fuel up before exploring Old San Juan. The space is tiny and cute! They have great coffee beans for sale. The staff was very friendly! There are a few tables and seats outside to enjoy your coffee or you can stay inside. I looked back at my receipt and was surprised that it was about $ 3.50. Very cheap for caffe latter with pastry! Must stop in if you find yourself in Old San Juan. Skip the Starbucks!
