I will always love the phở here. Always! I’ve tried the other items on the menu as well. They’re all very good, but the chicken phở is my favorite. Try the spring rolls. Get seated and order at the cashier station situated to the left as you enter. The food comes out to you promptly. Fresh and delicious!

It could have been better. I came here for late lunch and this is one of the few restaurants in Malmö that is open past 2pm(they are open until 3pm for lunch), so we barely had any choice than this. Thinking that I usually like Vietnamese food, why the hell not? I chose the vegan dish(I’m not a vegan) nr 10(bun dau hu xao sa) — pan fried tofu with lemongrass and vegetarian sauce and have them with rice instead of rice noodles. The food came REALLYFAST, so fast it’s suspicious. The taste was actually good, the tofu was nice, the brown vegetarian sauce was taste good. Then my lunch date came and he also ordered something from the menu and it also came very fast but before it came, I heard the beeping of microwave. UHOH. Our food was microwaved! Such a big no no for a restaurant, especially a respectable Asian restaurant that is. Sure, the taste is good, but shouldn’t there exist the ten commandments for restaurants including«THOUSHALTNOTMICROWAVEFOOD»? I doubt I would come here again after that beeping sound. There’s a «snabb mat» as you would say in Swedish, but there’s also microwaved food, that is equally snabb but half as great in terms of quality. They should have told us that they didn’t have ala carte and have us picked from the lunch buffet instead, it’s fairer that way — instead of making us chose ala carte and warm it up behind our back. Nope, sorry — never coming here again!

Ordered tiger shrimp roll and phở Shrimp roll was really good, fresh crispy. Phone was indeed different from it should be. Beef are already in the soup and hard to chow. Which is disappointing. Waitress are nice.

If you are seeking authentic Vietnamese food Mrs. Saigon is not the place to go. They have some clear Swedish/Scandinavian influences but that said the food is still pretty good. The Phở is rather tasty although it does not really taste like the Phở you would get in Vietnam. The waiters at the restaurant are a bit to relaxed to suit me but a lot of people would probably like it. It is still however a good place for some decent half-Vietnamese food and it has a very central location which is nice.
