History
Established in 1993.
A brief overview, we have lived in St. Thomas twice, this time approaching 25 years. This is our second restaurant. It has morphed over the years to it’s present style due to our experiences elsewhere which we have enjoyed and our clientele’s changing preferences.
We chose Frenchtown for our second restaurant because we found ourselves coming here when we went out. Frenchtown has a comfortable older Caribbean feel to it. Nothing glitzy, just comfortable with a nice mix of restaurants, fisherman and residents.
Yes parking can be a challenge at times, yes there are some characters about the area but all add to the charm, laid back attitude and friendliness of the neighborhood. Why else would we be here for 19 years with a great following of locals and repeat guests to the island?
Meet the Business Owner
Craig D.
Business Owner
I have had the luck to live in many places in the USA which at each time led me to new and diverse. I have now lived here longer than anywhere else including my hometown. Ergo I now call it home. Can’t think of anywhere else I’d rather be.
Found the restaurant industry early on in my working career and never have been able to leave it for any great amount of time. I finally realized it wasn;t a career, but really a passion.
