There is a definite theme of 1940s America and its done very well with music and is tasteful. The waitress wasn’t able to tell us about the dishes, which was annoying.

Desperate for a different place to eat, we looked on several websites to try and find a local restaurant that we hadn’t tried before. This popped up in a search and we thought we’d give it a go. When we arrived, it was empty — it was 7.30pm on a Thursday evening, so it was a bit surprising that it was totally empty, but it did fill up while we were there. The décor was very much my taste — a sort of cross between 50 American rock and 80s neon. We sat in the corner and ordered some wine, steak and salad. It was absolutely delicious, great quality meat and really tasty accompaniments(mushroom and tomato). The service was really warm and inviting. They were very obliging and helpful and changed anything we wanted them to. We felt really welcome and that nothing would be too much trouble. We decided to go for pudding and try the oreo key lime cheesecake. it was HUGE(see photo!) It was also really good. I would recommend you try this place — it’s a bit of a hidden gem.
