I’d completely agree with the other review, its hit and miss for the price they charge.
The food is generally very good, and more often than not worth the money, the service however is left wanting.
If I’m paying in excess £40 per head, I don’t want someone with a box of fags in his shirt pocket having anything to do with my food.
I suppose its the usual penny pinching from those in charge. I’m happy they value the chef, as no-one wants to pay a lot for average food, but the service is not up to the same standard.
The food’s right up there in Storty though.

The food here is excellent. Really top-class. It’s not cheap but they do have some good deals. The service varies. One time I went and the service was superb, the next time, we felt a bit ignored.
