Sawyer & Co is and independent business established in 2009 by the company directors Chris Sawyer and Adam Farrell.

They have become well known for their professional and trustworthy approach and are proud to be a NAEA Licensed Agent as well and an ARLA Licensed Agent. Sawyer are also a member of the Property Ombudsman for sales and lettings and the Guild of Professional Estate Agents.

Chris S.

Business Owner

Born in Brighton, Chris began his career in 1988 for a small local independent agent. Following on from that he worked for a large chain of estate agents where he progressed to a senior management level.

In 1996 Chris co-​launched Tingleys Estate Agents which became one of the cities most respected independent companies.

Following his acquisition of Tingleys Estate Agents, Sawyer & Co was launched.

An avid Brighton & Hove Albion supporter, Chris lives in Brighton and is married with 2 daughters.
