History

Established in 2004.

Neil Sutherland is a local born and bred chap having gone to the local schools before venturing out into the big wide world. With over 27 years estate agency experience Neil knows what clients and buyers/​tenants are looking for and knows also what they don’t want.

We try to put ourselves in their shoes and treat everybody fairly with respect. We work in a relaxed yet professional way, taking the process one step at a time encouraging peole to talk to us with even their smallest concern.

Our aim is for everyone that we meet to go away thinking positive thoughts and saying «they’re a bit different, nothing like an estate agent»

Local Brighton chap who has lived and grown up in surrounding areas. Coombe Road school and then to Varndean before walking out of school and straight into estate agency.

5 years at Fiveways learning the trade before opening a branch in Lewes Road for another company. 15 years with them before finally striking out on my own in 2004 and never having looked back, loving every minute of the freedom it gives to be your own boss.
