£15 for internet??? Unless of course you’re just waiting in the lobby, them it’s free. We were woken up at 4:15AM with a wake up call we didn’t request. The mattress must have never been turned because the side closest to the door was sunken in. Breakfast was alright and they made a point of letting us know that it was NOT included in OUR reservation. The service was pretty bad though. We ordered off the menu(not the buffet) and were pointed in the direction of the buffet when we asked for water. The people were nice enough and the taxi driver they hired to take us into the city(£65) was very nice. He gave us historical information along the drive as well as telling us about his family and history. I liked him a lot. I probably wouldn’t stay here in the future, just because I felt nickel and dimed to death. Our money would have been better spent being closer to the city since our time in London was so limited.

If Unilocal had a negative rating, I would give them a negative. This place was honestly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life. I visited London in December 2013 and stayed here for two nights. This was my first time in London and wanted to see the city. I told the concierge and he got a driver for my girlfriend and I to take to the city centre area of London. They said train was shut down and Heathrow express would cost me 22 pounds per person… we ended up paying 75 pounds for the 30 minute ride to London. We spoke to the underground ticket sales person and she advised the underground was never closed that day… WEGOTROBBED!!! DONOTGOTOTHISHOTELANDSPECIALLYDONOTUSETHECONCIERGE… THEYWILLLROBYOUOFYOURMONEYONEWAYORANOTHER. The return trip from London to the hotel that same day cost both my girlfriend and I 11 pounds via underground. CONCIERGEWILLRIPYOUOFF — BEWARE

This is a pretty nice Sheraton. Most important thing… I can’t hear the airplanes taking off or landing. This hotel is across the street. One thing to note. You can’t walk from the terminal to this hotel. It is a 12 pound, 8 — 10 min cab ride.

Really convenient hotel across the Northern perimeter road from Heathrow airport. I’ve stayed here twice now and both times I’m glad I did. When I fly out of London and back to the USA, my flight typically has me getting to the airport before 11am. The last thing I want to do is try and get to the airport and worry about traffic etc. Staying across from the airport for the last night of our trip takes out the worry. We used our Starwood SPG points the last two times we stayed here, so it didn’t cost me anything but points. So, I can’t comment on cost. I will tell you that it got us access to free fast WiFi in our room and throughout the hotel for up to 3 devices with our SPG status. It also got us access to the 3rd floor club lounge. The lounge has free breakfast in the morning and free drinks and snacks throughout the day. There is also a happy hour in the evening where beer and other alcoholic drinks are available for free. There are comfortable couches and a TV. We went into the lounge in the evening for snacks and drinks and had breakfast there in the morning. The breakfast consisted of pastries, breads, toast, cereals, and even a small assortment of hot foods. There is an attendant who is fastidiously cleaning and restocking the whole time. The club level and its lounge were great and I recommend it. It’s key access only. Our room was in a corner and the hotel is a square with a courtyard, so we actually got turned around several times going from the different lifts, to the lounge, and to the room. It was a bit frustrating but more our fault than the hotel’s. The room was quiet and we never heard a single airplane. The bed was comfy and our room was large with a couch, desk, and lots of space for bags. The desk had a rotating charging station with plugs for different countries so you didn’t need a converter or adapter. We watched some TV while relaxing after getting into the room. Transport to and from London: We took the tube from central London, got off at Hatton Cross. It’s the closest tube station to the hotel. We then took a cab for £12. You can take the tube into the terminal and take a regular transit bus for much cheaper, but I preferred the direct method. We took the Hotel Hoppa bus to Terminal four for £4 per person. From the Sheraton Skyline, the Hoppa bus stops at another hotel, then a different terminal than we wanted and then it just stopped. We waited and waited until a new driver could be found. I only mention this in the hotel review because of my extreme frustration. If you don’t care about a few extra quid, take a cab and save yourself the frustration. I’m sure we’ll stay here again, we’ll just opt for taxis instead of the ultra slow Hoppa bus(not affiliated with the hotel but stops here every 20 minutes)

Very convenient hotel if you need to be near Heathrow airport. Service is wonderful and friendly. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, employees greeted us and offered to help. Really super friendly employees all around. We have club access. Lots of drinks options(wine, beer, sodas, cappucino machine, ginger ale, etc…) and snacks such as chips and salsa, with light hors d’oeuvres. The hors d’oeuvres are nothing to write home about but satisfy your hunger if you need something light to munch on(we had grilled curry chicken and boiled potatoes with cheese). The cappucino machine makes latte but not mocha, so if you want a mocha, bring some of your own chocolate. Room is comfy. Shower and Tub in the bath. Hair dryer clearly marked where it should be. Hot water pot, coffee, cream, and milk provided in room.
