Large Lloyds bar on three levels. Bright and modern. Does not have the drawback of some Lloyds of attracting the dregs.

I think this building housed a bus manufacturer some point in the past. It’s certainly a big building & interestingly laid out over many levels. The entrance lobby has stairs on the left to the upper deck, seating at the same level to the right at street level & a slight drop to the main bar.
As usual, the beers are good & cheap. I like the place but tend to stay away from most Wetherspoon’s pubs on either Friday or Saturday but put that down to my age!

Fairly standard Wetherspoons. Always used to have a reputation for being strict about ID so watch out if you look like you might not quite be 18 yet.
