We are a newly established letting agent in Leeds but one with 30 years of combined experience in the industry. Our market is almost exclusively young professionals and student tenants, primarily in the North Leeds area. We provide a full gambit of services for our tenants and landlords. For tenants we provide a superior selection of rental properties, sound and friendly advice (without the hard sell) and an informal and relaxed atmosphere (our office is a suit free zone!). We aim to make house hunting as painless as possible with the design of an accessible and easy to use website, automatic property updates to our Facebook and Twitter accounts and information and advice on areas as well as properties. We promote full social interaction with all of our tenants, provide regular competitions, offers and promotions with local business and encourage our tenants to get the most out of their time in Leeds

Established in 2010.

Both my business partner and I have been involved in the lettings business for over 30 years combined and during that time have witnessed an often changing and always expanding rental market. We both enjoy dealing with our clients, be they landlords or tenants, and offering them a much more personal service than other agents. We both enjoy the satisfaction of providing new homes for our tenants and a post-​letting service that includes information on local bars, restaurants, social events and an ongoing relationship for the future.
