Goth A Billy is a fab little shop in the basement of Grand Central. They specialise in had made clothing in interesting prints. They sell dresses, skirts, capes, corsets, blouses, bags and scarves, They have a wide range of sizes on the rail but if you need another size they will make a custom item for you at no extra cost. I have 2 dresses and a corset from Goth A Billy, all of which were custom made for me. They fit perfectly and make me feel brilliant when I wear them. They are of an excellent quality and are long lasting. The clothes here are quite cheap considering their quality and also the custom made items are sold at no extra cost. The staff are lovely here. They’re happy to leave you to browse, or have a chat and recommend something for you.

Betty Page lookalikes should also check out Goth A Billy. A small boutique in Grand Central, it stocks custom-made prom dresses, sundresses, puffball skirts, blouses and shirts inspired by the 50s. Like Soho’s and other stockists around the city, there’s classic checked and polka dot fabrics alongside more intricate and colourful prints like skulls, flowers and cupcakes. The stock is well made and the fact the garments are hand-made mean they’re made for real women with real curves. All you need to complete the look is a pair of Ray Bans and a Ronettes or Link Wray album. I hear a Rumble:
