At Core Objective we understand that the first step is often the hardest. That is why our focus is always on you, your objectives and the motivation you need to start and then keep going.
We will come to you so that you can fit us in to your busy schedule. You can train in the park, the gym or at home.
Work out before or after work, while the baby is sleeping, the kids are at school or the dinner is cooking.
You can opt for one-to-one coaching or share your sessions with a friend.
