We specialize in authentic Italian cooking classes and catering services. Our aim is to only use seasonal and high quality ingredients sourced from local suppliers. All of our food is home made and we do not use any pre-made sauces or dishes.
History
Established in 2014.
The business was originally founded in 1995 in South Africa by our mother Enrica Rocca. She grew up in Venice and thought it was important to teach people about the real Italian lifestyle and food. She set up the cooking school followed by two restaurants and ran them successfully for many years. In 2001 she decided it was time to move back to Europe where she would have access to a much wider variety of ingredients and entrusted her friend Emma with the cooking school in South Africa.
She then opened a cooking school in London and few years later a third one in Venice. As the cooking schools became more and more popular she couldn’t keep up with the workload of running both schools and so my sister Charlotte and I decided to take over London and have now been running it since 2014.

The business is run by my sister Charlotte and I. It was founded by our mother Enrica Rocca who now runs a branch of the cooking school in Venice. We grew up in South Africa in the kitchen of our mothers Italian restaurant so food is second nature to us. We have a passion for the Italian culture we grew up surrounded by and our aim is to teach people about real Italian food and share our love for it.
