The last time I were in this pub, it was called The Halfway House. Not the best looking pub in the world, badly in need of a make over. My son took me here today for a Mothers day lunch, my word what a wonderful transformation. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was very well cooked, tasty and plentiful. Only one criticism, I think they could have more than one vegetarian meal on the menu. However my macaroni cheese, garlic bread and salad was delicious, my son really enjoyed his beef and lamb with all the different vegetables and gravy. I cant wait for the next time he treats me to lunch here.

Always a good night when I visit Flynn’s friendly local pub, never overly busy due to location(West Ealing is pretty quiet most evenings, even weekends). Mostly locals drinking in here, nice venue to have birthday drinks if you’re local. Staff always efficient and polite, wouldn’t say they’re particularly friendly tbh. They play good music which isn’t overly loud so normal conversation can be had. A large beer garden for the smokers to use and lovely in the warmer weather, also several tables out the front. Facilities are usually spotless, i.e. toilets. Ample seating in the pub. A nice homely feel to this local which is worth a visit.

In the week you won’t beat the cavery here for value. They have a number of TV’s and are able to show several different sporting events(including Irish ones) at the same time. No real ales are available here

Formerly The Walsingham Arms but now totally refurbished to become Flynn’s Bar & Diner. An Irish pub with a carvery every day of the week which is very popular on a Sunday. Large smoking area at the back plus an outdoor area at the front. Screens a plenty too so good for sports fans.
