I’ve had the misfortune/fortune of having to visit Guy’s Hospital a few times now and unfortunately, will need to do so in the immediate future. Easy to access from London Bridge Great service from the healthcare providers Excellent specialist clinic — which is what I utilised Colour coding of the floors and centres is so helpful Clean, spacious and good sized waiting areas for patients & visitors I felt at ease in Guy’s Hospital because of the facilities and providers. Well Done!

Very good service herethe cancer department is very overcrowdedwhich is why it only gets 4 star rating from mebut the staff are wonderful & so thorough. They have hilarious lunchtime performancesto lift everyones spirits(see my pic): there should be more of this in our hospitals!

I had yesterday the surgery in my wisdom tooth, everyone(receptionist, dentist doctors) were very friendly and professionals, It took only one minute to get my tooth out, just after I felt really sick and the dentist took care of me very good, I am very grateful for their professionalism and patience even have as much because I was there with my 10 month baby. Thanks again!

This is a large hospital and has good waiting areas for patients and family. The signing inside could be better as some areas are hard to find. You can access the hospital via a footbridge from London Bridge station or at the main entrance on ground level. The hospital has a charity shop and free buses to St Thomas’ Hospital every 20 minutes or so. There is no A&E department at Guys.

I’ve not actually been a patient at Guy’s except for the Dental service, which I’ve reviewed separately. However I wanted to comment on the building. What was, I think, several separate towers, have been joined by a lofty atrium. There’s now seating areas on the ground floor where you can sit in peace. Up above you can see bridges crossing the space on each floor. It’s futuristic and wonderfully calm. I believe they hold free concerts in there too. I come into the hospital from London Bridge. One thing to note is that the entrance that way(via a pedestrian walkway from the station: ask station staff to direct you), is actually on the second floor. If you don’t remember that on your way out and head down to the ground floor it makes it just a little confusing!
